Handling Time/Processing Time

Our standard processing time is typically 1 business day, but may extend to 3 business days during peak order periods.

This processing time is separate from the shipping duration, which begins once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

FREE Shipping Available on All US Orders, 3-7 Business Days; Express Shipping is available with extra $9.99 shipping fee.

International Shipping: 5-15 Business Days based on your location, you can contact support team to know the details.

You will receive an email with your tracking number after packages were dispatched.

Once you receive your tracking number, you can use the "Track Your Order" option for assistance.

Delivery Claims

We'll add the signature service to your order due to high-valued package, which ensure your package will be signed when delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to process, depending on the carrier.
